The monthly unit sales charts of African developed games based on estimations from Video Game Insights is once again dominated by South African developed games.

Across all platforms combined, Broforce recorded the highest unit sales, exceeding 10,000 copies. Relooted and Viscera Cleanup Detail followed closely behind, each approaching similar totals. Stick It to the Stickman and Anger Foot also showed comparable performance, each surpassing 8,000 units.

The Steam-specific chart tells a different story. Stick It to the Stickman, which placed fourth on the multi-platform chart, ranked first on Steam with approximately 8,200 units, the strongest single-platform figure recorded in either chart. Anger Foot placed second at around 6,000 units, followed by Broforce at roughly 4,100 units. Viscera Cleanup Detail came in fourth on Steam at around 2,900 units, and Terra Nil fifth at approximately 2,300 units. The lower half of the Steam chart included Genital Jousting, GORN 2, Sex With Friends, STASIS: BONE TOTEM, and Cadence, each registering between roughly 800 and 1,500 units.

Broforce’s first-place finish on the multi-platform chart but third-place finish on Steam indicates that a considerable share of its March sales came from PlayStation and Xbox. Conversely, Stick It to the Stickman’s dominance on Steam did not translate as strongly to consoles
