MENA Hero Project which was launched by Sony in 2024 as well as Pay1st by Carry1st have been recognized by earning nominations for the 2025 MENA Games Industry Awards.

The MENA Hero Project which is an incubator program that supports North African developers was nominated in the Best Game Innovation Hub category. Whilst Pay1st by Carry1st was nominated in the Best Service Provider category.

The MENA Games Industry Awards are a prestigious awards established to celebrate the very best businesses and individuals who are propelling the exciting MENA games industry forward.

The winners will be revealed on Thursday, May 8, as part of the Dubai GameExpo Summit powered by PG Connects 2025.
