In a round led my Konvoy ventures and Riot Games, South African Carry 1st have secured $6 million in series funding to expand the scope of their publishing operations across the African continent.

Founded by Cordel Robbin-Coker, Lucy Hoffman and Tinotenda Mundangefupfu in 2018, the publisher has had a string of recent successes that include but not limited to signing award winning Qene Games (makers of Kukulu and Gebeta) as well as their recent partnership with Swedish Racketspel.

Carry1st provides a full stack publishing solution, handling distribution, localisation, user acquisition, marketing, customer experience, and monetization for its partners. This latest round of funding takes Carry1st funding to $9.5 million.
