Paradise Games has once more revealed that FEJA (arguably Africa’s largest esports and gaming event) and is set to return in December 2020. The annual event, which is the brainchild of industry veteran Sidick Bakayoko, is traditionally held in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, but will combine an online element with an onsite esports program.

The event will include the usual array of conferences, panels and more from an esteemed mix of local and international speakers. The theme for the conferences: “Video game Industry: from Play to Business”.
The objective being to show the growth in Africa with players moving from just playing for fun to running the businesses of creating digital fun. However, the highlight of this year’s event is sure to be the launch of the first ever industry and esports awards.

In the first week of December, the list of nominees for each category will be announced to the general public. From 04 December to 22 January, internet users from all over the world will be invited to discover the nominees in each category and to vote on the site FEJA website for their preferred choice.

FEJA3 saw 30 000 visitors attend the event in person with over 1 000 gamers squaring off for supremacy in the esport tournaments. This years event will run from December 2 until December 6 2020.
