Pressure Cooker Studios along with Studio Bo joined forces to develop and release playable version of Finding Father, a new gaming experience propelled by a key sound mechanic.

With a string of acclaimed animated works and clients behind them, the start of 2023 marked a significant milestone for Studio Bo – a move into game development. The move has brought with it a string of well received playable demos and Finding Father continues that trend.

Born from a two-week game jam collaboration between Studio Bo and Pressure Cooker Studios, ‘Finding Father’ reinvents the hidden object genre through sound.

Listen carefully as you explore a hand-drawn recreation of Cape Town’s beloved Greenmarket Square. Track the cry of a hadeda, the pop of a champagne bottle, or the chime of an ice cream truck to uncover its secrets.

Music and Audio Studio, Pressure Cooker Studios created the full soundscape for the highly anticipated medieval strategy game Manor Lords, which was released on 26th April 2024 to wide acclaim and continue to lend their talents to game development studios around the world.
