Nost-Kartrah : Emergence is a medieval fantasy real time strategy game being developed by a French-Madagascan studio that owes a lot of its game play aspirations to the Age of Empire series. With six years of development already under them, the studio has turned to crowdfunding on Kickstarter in a bid to gauge the level of interest and support in their concept.

Play as the king who will be chosen among the best to come and defend the Kartians. To do this, surround yourself with heroes, forge an army and defeat your opponents without mercy using the best strategists.

According to their update on Kickstarter, “the goal of this campaign is to be able to propel the development to another speed and allow the game to be released this year.”

The crowdfunding campaign is off to a sluggish start, but anyone keen to learn more about the project can do so on Kickstarter.
