BAME in games has joined forces with Electric Square, Developing Minds and Studio Gobo to launch a new mentorship program within the games industry.

Primarily aimed at relatively new entrants to the industry as well as those looking to bolster their network, the free to join program could be invaluable to the African games industry since it offers up the chance to be mentored virtually.

One of the confirmed mentors is Chair of BAME in Games and CTO of Terra Virtua, Kish Hirani, who speaking on the program said, “We are excited to partner with Electric Square and Studio Gobo’s Developing Minds initiative in launching this BAME in Games mentoring programme. We look forward to learning about the personal and professional development journeys of our rising stars.”

If you are interested in applying to be a Mentor or want to join the programme as a Mentee, one can do so by signing up via the website.
